Our business was established in 1971 to specialize in 3-phase motor repair in Chicagoland. The founder of our company, Mr. Alfred Arman, had 30 years of knowledge before he started this company. Previously, he ran a large motor repair business located in the Chicago suburbs. Over the years, Mr. Arman has increased the organization of personnel, some of them family members and others well-trained technicians. He has never forgotten the reason for starting this company, which was "to provide excellent motor repair and to service the customer's as he would like to be treated", as Mr. Arman made this the Golden Rule of his organization. All the personnel at our company firmly believe and follow this Golden Rule.

The Fred Arms Electric of today has not changed much. We still live by the Golden Rule, but we also offer a diverse program of electric motor sales and services. We still pride ourselves in providing customers with high-quality products and personal service.
